• Submission of a form does not create a binding contract. A contract is only formed once both parties sign a written agreement for services.

While we strive to provide accurate inspections and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee approval of insurance claims, financing, or any specific outcome until a written agreement is signed.

All content on our website and landing pages (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of Ideal Roofing & Solar and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ideal Roofing & Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services under a signed agreement.
