Jake Fairbanks from Ideal Roof &Exteriors Pros came out to help evaluate my roof and fix some flashing that had come loose. He was terrific and knowledgeable, straight forward and local! It seemed so old fashioned to get someone who knew what they were doing, were local, focus on what I actually needed, and not just trying to sell me something. We had such a great experience with Ideal Roofing & Exterior Pros from start to finish! We hired them to paint our house, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly just a pleasure.

Miguel and his daughter did an amazing job with all of the prep and painting. They power washed the house, repaired some old beams, caulked, primed, painted, and finished everything with detailed touch-ups. The attention to detail really made a difference, and our house looks like a completely new home!

Aaron was a fantastic project manager and kept everything moving smoothly. The owner Jake checked in with us regularly throughout the entire project, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. Even the initial estimate was easy and completely low-pressure.

Christina, their front-of-house contact, was also wonderful. She provided us with a very detailed estimate and stayed in communication with us throughout the process, helping with paint selections, scheduling, and payment. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, responsive, and professional.

I had an excellent experience with Jake and his crew. Everyone was professional, honest, transparent and I was not pressured  as I had been in the past. The crew went to great lengths to be respectful of my property and dogs and keeps everything nice and clean. They were easy to get ahold of and collaborate with throughout the process. We had Jake and his team out for a complete re-roof, with all of our decking removed and replaced. Turns out, we had insufficient venting that made our old decking begin to delaminate from the inside. We felt confident in the way Jake did things to remedy this and get all of the venting improved and working properly.

Jake and his project manager, Aaron, couldn't have been better. Jake was honest, thoughtful and very supportive throughout the process, from the sales conversations all the way to final close out. Jake answered all of our questions and communicated clearly and fairly throughout the process.

We were also compeltely replaced our insulation throughout the roof, in parts inaccessible via interior attic, and they supported us in doing our own scope in the middle of theirs. We are so glad we went with them and that we were comfortable throughout the process.

We loved working with Aaron and were very glad to have him on site throughout the day and a half project. We had a few small damage items post-repair and we feel that Aaron and Jake went above and beyond to solve those.

Since doing the roof and the new insulation, our homeowner's insurance decreased by 34% and we don't have to turn our AC on until the end of the day! We are thrilled and contemplating getting our poor-gutter design revamped by them next.
